Meetings that feel
like yours

To start
Built with an auditable stack
Available features
Built for teams who care about privacy
Start with a private meeting server, then license the domain, branding, recording, transcription, and JWT features you need.
Your server, your rules
Jitsi runs on a dedicated EC2 instance in your AWS account. Meeting media stays on that server, and you can inspect the infrastructure in your AWS console.
Encrypted in transit
HTTPS protects the web app, and WebRTC encrypts meeting media in transit. Optional Jitsi E2EE depends on compatible clients and meeting settings.
Docker-powered
Containerized Jitsi stack. Consistent across environments, easy to update, simple to debug.
Custom domain
Use meet.yourcompany.com. We guide the DNS change and issue SSL automatically after it resolves.
Live transcription
Real-time speech-to-text powered by Vosk. Searchable transcripts after every meeting.
Real-time deployment dashboard
Watch every step of your deployment live. From EC2 creation to SSL issuance. WebSocket-powered streaming logs with no page refresh.
Multi-cloud
It runs in your cloud account, not ours
You connect a cloud account, we build the infrastructure inside it. The servers, the recordings and the bill are yours.
Amazon Web Services
EC2, Elastic IP, S3 and IAM, provisioned by Terraform in your account.
Google Cloud
Compute Engine and Cloud Storage, through the same provider interface.
Microsoft Azure
Virtual Machines and Blob Storage.
DigitalOcean
Droplets and Spaces, for smaller and cheaper deployments.
Every provider goes through the same interface, so adding one does not change how your deployments work.
How it works
Three steps. Twelve minutes.
Connect your AWS
Paste your AWS credentials. We encrypt them with AES-256 and never store them in plain text.
Pick your domain
Enter your custom domain, point its A record to the new server, and we automate SSL and Nginx configuration.
Start meeting
Your Jitsi is live. Share the link with your team, then configure any features licensed for that deployment.
Data control
The point is that it is yours
Convenience is why you would use a hosted service. Control is why you would not. This is what control actually means here, stated specifically enough to check.
Your recordings never reach us
Jibri uploads straight to a bucket in your account using an instance role scoped to that one bucket. We hold no copy and no bucket credentials.
You choose where the data lives
The region is yours to pick, so meetings, recordings and transcripts stay in the jurisdiction you need them to. Nothing is replicated elsewhere.
Transcription can stay on your server
Vosk runs the speech model on your own instance, so audio never leaves it. Google Speech-to-Text is offered as the accurate alternative, and we say plainly that it sends audio to Google.
Credentials are encrypted at rest
Your cloud keys are stored encrypted and used only to run your deployments. Delete a connection and the stored key goes with it.
The firewall is four ports
22 for configuration, 80 and 443 for the web app, 10000/UDP for media. Nothing else is opened, and you can read the rules in your own console.
Leaving takes one click
Destroy removes exactly what that deployment created. No lock-in, no export process, and it is plain open-source Jitsi underneath if you would rather take it over yourself.
Why not just install it yourself?
You can, and it is a good weekend. The work is everything after that: sizing it for recording, rescuing a half-finished setup, wiring uploads to storage, and taking it all down without leaving anything billing.
| Installing yourself | One Click Jitsi | Hosted SaaS | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meetings stay in your infrastructure | · | ||
| No per-minute or per-seat pricing | · | ||
| Set up without Linux or Terraform | · | ||
| Sized correctly for recording and transcription | · | ||
| Recovers from a half-finished setup | · | ||
| Recording wired to your own storage | |||
| Removes cleanly when you are done |
A dash means possible but manual, or available only after review. Under the hood this is the same open-source Jitsi Meet you would install yourself, so nothing here is locked away from you.

The license stays with that deployment. Cloud compute, storage, bandwidth, and external provider charges are separate.

Questions?
Do I need to know AWS?
Not at all. You just need an AWS account and access keys. We handle all the infrastructure setup: EC2, security groups, Elastic IPs, Docker, and SSL.
What does the AWS cost look like?
A t3.medium server is roughly $33 a month. Transcription needs 16 GB of RAM, closer to $125. A dedicated recording server adds about $63. The deploy form shows a live estimate before you commit.
Can I destroy the server anytime?
Yes. One click to destroy. Terraform tears down everything it created: the instance, security group, and Elastic IP. No orphaned resources.
How many people can join a meeting?
Depends on your EC2 instance size. A t3.medium handles 20-30 participants comfortably. Scale up the instance type for larger meetings.
Which clouds are supported?
AWS today. Google Cloud, Azure and DigitalOcean are planned and go through the same provider interface, so adding one will not change how your deployments work.
Can I remove everything later?
Yes. One click destroys exactly what that deployment created, and nothing else in your account. The dialog lists every resource first, including the recordings bucket.
